The Partnership

Georgios Kitchen is the result of an unlikely but natural partnership. Georgios Manousos, born and raised in Greece, brings a lifetime of authentic culinary knowledge passed down through generations. His collaborator, JWBIZ, is a British web development company with a long-standing passion for Greek cuisine and the expertise to build a home for it on the internet.

Together they created Georgios Kitchen — and this ebook — to share the rich story of Greek food with the world.
